Nicole Frederick

Nicole Frederick is an alumnus of the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam, where she studied Music Education with a concentration in Special Education. She began playing violin at the age of four, studying with Nadia Feygelson in Orange County, NY until college where she was in the studio of John Lindsey. Nicole has performed as a member of the Crane Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestra of Northern New York, and the Greater Newburgh Symphony Orchestra. She has enjoys playing in chamber groups and has performed in pit orchestras for the Robert Souza Scholarship Musical: The Mystery of Edwin Drood; College Light Opera Company: She Loves Me; Crane School of Music Opera Ensemble: Amahl and the Night Visitors, The Gift of the Magi, Cosi fan tutte, and Lā€™ Incoronazione di Poppea. She recently moved to Boston to pursue her passion for teaching music at Bridge Boston Charter School. Nicole is thrilled to begin with the Brookline Symphony.
