Laura Kessler Vo

Laura began music lessons on the piano and flute at age 8. She took up cello instruction at the age of 13 and hasn't looked back since. Laura graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she studied sociology and music and performed in the university orchestra, cello choir, private events and weddings. After moving to New York City she played with the New York Symphonic Arts Ensemble until she left for graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania. Laura moved to Boston in 2013 and works as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She is thrilled to join the Brookline Symphony Orchestra.
